I work in IT infrastructure and support, with experience at Jababeka and Shopee warehouse operations. I studied Computer and Network Engineering at vocational school and completed a diploma in Informatics Management at Politeknik Negeri Malang. I enjoy solving practical IT problems and building automation that makes daily operations easier.

Experience
Monitor network traffic with ntopng, configure SPAN ports across VLANs, and use ClickHouse to analyse flow data. Set up alerts and tune the monitoring system to support daily infrastructure operations.
Installed and restored Windows images, managed IT tickets and asset transfers, and resolved laptop and printer issues. Provided remote support through BeyondTrust and monitored warehouse networks with Grafana and Cisco Meraki.
Monitored internet usage with PRTG and prepared traffic reports. Configured MikroTik routers, automated security hardening with Ansible, and scheduled backups on Ubuntu using cron.
Supported the lecturer by reviewing assignments, recording midterm results, and evaluating student performance.
Configured switches, prepared Cat 6 network cabling, and installed access points.
